Dr. John Clair, DO, moved to Williston, ND from Las Vegas NV, in 2015 with a long-held dream of opening a medispa. He knew Las Vegas wasn’t the right place for him to do this. In addition, he had been looking for a smaller place to practice for the previous 2 years. In Williston, he worked at the local hospital as an Internal Medicine Specialist and Hospitalist for 3 years to get to know the area and its needs/interests. In 2017 he decided to make this dream come true, so he began training in aesthetics. His first-class was on injection techniques for neurotoxins and dermal fillers. His wife, Victoria also began training by taking classes on managing and growing a medispa. John and Victoria teamed up to open Destiny Med Spa in 2018.
Dr. John Clair DO is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Specialist and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists. Other certifications include, Basic and Advanced Botox and Dermal Filler certificates, Certification on BodyTitePro minimally invasive procedures through the InMode Aesthetics Institute in Benton, Arkansas, Kybella, and Sculptra certification, IPL certification, laser hair removal, radio-frequency microneedling, and radiofrequency body sculpting certification. He has also participated in nutritional supplementation courses sponsored by Nutridyn.
